A high-quality strength and conditioning program can have a significantly greater influence on our athletic department than any other resource we could acquire, build, or implement. Such a program not only fosters athletic growth but also promotes the overall physical, mental, and academic development of our students.
Student-athletes at Proctor High School deserve access to every resource that can help them succeed. Incorporating a structured strength and conditioning program after the school day will offer wide-ranging benefits, including:
- Enhanced athletic performance
- Injury prevention and faster recovery
- Development of key life skills such as discipline, resilience, self-confidence, and leadership
- Improved mental and emotional well-being
- Stronger academic performance due to the cognitive benefits of physical activity
This program will be offered Monday through Thursday at Proctor High School Weight Room from 2:30 to 5:30 pm starting in September 2025.
